Cheap Basic Laptop

Hey there, I'm looking to buy a laptop that is really basic. Maybe an Atom or Celeron processor will be fine. It is basically just for surfing the web and typing out documents. Looking at PC Zone I saw the HP for R2399. Any other recommendations will be appreciated.

Telkom total cost is R6600-00, while Makro have it at R7600, and Incredible Connection at R8999-00.

If you want to go even cheaper they have an Acer available at R199-00 per month.
