Cheap but Awesome External Drives

Looking for a couple externals to backup my movies etc. You guys know of anywhere, where there are on special? 2.5" pref but 3.5" is alright too. Links would be appreciated.

Try Makro, if they still have stock, they where selling 3.5" 2TB Western Digital Element externals for R999, picked up 4 yesterday, they look very nice, petty I had stripped them for there drives

Don't buy Samsung 2.5" drives (at least the ones i have had), they use a mini usb interface & not sata for the drives.
So if you ever remove the drive from enclosure will be useless to use anywhere else in pc or laptop.

buy one with USB3.0 or even with esata.

Or make your own. External cases has has the boon of making the device easily upgradeable.
Some of them has ISO functions, lcd info screens ect. , hot swapping ect.
