I found tons of different Lumia 920/820 (didn't search others) covers on DealExtreme. They're really cheap and have free shipping to SA. I buy from DX often so they are safe.

Thanks for the tip. Looking at getting a cover and a car holder.
 
Ordered a Protective Silicone Case, Screen Protector Guard Film and a Car Mount Suction Cup Holder from DX. Hopefully will not pay too much import duty and tax when it arrives.
