I want to buy some cheap DDR2 memory. Which of this two is better?

I'd go with the cheaper Apacer RAM. If the other was a Corsair or something similar, then I'd buy that but the other option is Samsung, which boils down to something just about the same as the Apacer.

Get what ever's cheapest. Value RAM is value RAM is value RAM.

Also check out Hynix, they make most of the world's RAM.
