Cheap phone - Wanted

Sorry for the sob story.

My sister in law is headed to hospital - cancer treatment. She’s 25 and has 2 kids. Money is obviously tight and chemo isn’t cheap. She doesn’t currently have a phone but I’m trying to organize one for her so that she can be in touch while in hospital; can video call with the kids etc.

So looking for a cheap / free phone for this purpose.

Hey guys.

Update for everyone.

I had 4 wonderful people offer to donate some cash.

Using that and some of my own I managed to get her a brand new HUAWEI Y5 Lite. I wanted to go brand new so there’s at least be some warranty and longevity from the device.

It’s an Android 8 phone which works decently enough will suit her needs just fine.

Thank you so much to everyone who contributed, whether financially, through offers of devices or simply being interested and offering positivity. I appreciate it more than you know.
