Can anyone rate the speed of the 9 dollars a month server?

Anyone else finding Crissic very slow, loaded up Debian x32 7 rebooted and 5min later still nothing, then after 6min it's live.

My crissic servers normally deploy in about 25 seconds? Try chat to SkylarM on IRC/Send a ticket and ask them to change your node

Got a few OpenVZ 1GB servers, but mostly use the $15/year 512Mb specials for random servers when needed!

Thread revival time. Any new takes on cheap vps? Or even cloud pricing.

Crissic.net has been bought over by some other company and in case they loose their cheap offers I want to be ready to move.

I had a look at vpsdime.com but they very restricted. Don't allow team speak server.

If you looking for a local one, HOST1PLUS is still running the 75% off promotion. So if you take it for a year you can get a decent VPS for around $15 with quite decent specs.

I got 3 of them, better then most of the rubbish cloud providers we have here.

Edit: The servers seem good. haven't had any unplanned downtime. They recently had maintenance which gave think an hour downtime and that was it for me so far. They did send notice beforehand so that was good.

Anyone else on here using them? I have noticed that they seem to have an issue with their billing system... I had two open invoices a month after signing up with them and so i queried why they were not debiting the credit card details that they asked for. they were quite quick to fix the issue and take the money after that. now it has been another month and i have another invoice that has not been paid. They don't make it clear on how to pay the invoice manually myself so i assumed it was an automated process.

Just wondering if anyone else has this issue. I don't want to risk having my server shut down because they failed to debit the credit card details i gave them. Current invoice is showing 30days due and i am sure i will be getting a second invoice any day now. then will open another ticket for them to grab the money.
