Cheapest capped ADSL prices in SA

Afrihost + DSL with the bundle discount applied is still the cheapest on a 100GB.
Total is R458 for 4MB compare the rest after adding the dsl charge.

Yea, Good luck with their network though...

I never thought I'd see the day where every single location of mine would be running VOX, amazing times!

According to telkom (and MWEB confirmed), if you move your adsl line hosting from telkom to another ISP, your adsl line will be down for 30 days, so from my understanding, if you take a bundled option from anther ISP, you will not have internet for 30 days.
That takes any bundled option of the table for me.

Wow... Plugg's pricing just makes them look ridiculously elitist. :o Do those capped accounts come with free beer ?

My gripe with the report is that it doesn't show - in a separate column - "free" (midnight to 6am) bandwidth

Exactly. I have 70GB basic capped from Cybersmart (with guaranteed 12:1 contention ratio, btw) plus uncapped overnight, for R218. How did that not make it into the table?
Edit: sorry, it's 1TB overnight, not uncapped (same thing tho, basically)

My WebAfrica 300Gb Capped account for R899.00 comes with 1.1 Tb of After hours data making it an effective 64 cents per Gigabyte.

What i would like to know is if any of these capped accounts will allow unlimited rollover?

I would gladly buy 50GB or so and prefer to use it over a longer term than a month. sometimes you don't have anything to download then you waste your GBs or look for stupid stuff to download because you don't want to waste your money.

maybe a 3 to 6 month rollover even?

I'm hoping for some new interest in offering around the 200GB mark

Morning Chris.Geerdts, MWEB’s Capped ADSL products now also include free night-time data which is equal to the size of the data cap, giving users double their data. Night-time data can be used between 12 midnight and 6am.
