I'm on Google 2TB. Pretty Happy with it after a year now, especially Google Photos and it's features, especially it's face tagging. Phone app is dog shyte though as it wants to sync EVERYTHING, so I have backup set to manual.

Would of been nice if google offered 500GB and 1TB packages as well as I only needed about 350GB and had to get 2TB.

Onedrive. Their family subscription is a steal with 6× 1TB for R199.

The platform/OS you use is critical. Google works well with Android and Windows. iCloud with iOS and Mac. OneDrive/Sharepoint with Windows. Dropbox?
When I initially investigated Mega was the best option for Linux.
