Uhm. Its just a normal tablet. Not a tablet and a phone in one.
The phonepad IIRC is a normal phone that you can mount a tablet screen on.

Funny, the one I own can phone too.
EDIT: And the Phonepad is a 7" Tablet that can also make phone calls, just like the lenovo

The FonePad is just a tablet that can also connect to 3G networks and make calls. However the PadPhone is a completely different phone also made by ASUS that can be docked into a tablet. They are 2 completely different devices. In this case its just the Tablet that makes calls.
