Where is the cheapest place to buy IS local only ADSL ?

I think OpenWeb has something ridiculously cheap. Like R70/10GB or so. Not sure whether it's IS or SAIX though.

Openweb & Webafrica have both at R70 for 10GB local. Well acually openweb is R69 but you get the point ! Which is the better option ?

I spoke to a WebAfrica consultant now and they told me that I will have to pay R70 for the remaining 13 days of the month. The ADSL does not carry over the next month.

best i think is R19 for a gig.. so you choose thats on saix prepaid...

You Want It For The News Server??? Correct? Then Yes This Will Work Fine As Saix Server Is Over Loaded

Well you get full speed on both for cached and IS is basically dialup with uncached.
