Cheapest LTE Router (Vodacom/Rain)?

As the title says.

Could you recommend the cheapest LTE Router that is compatible with Voda and Rain? Cheapest is preferred. I'm searching on behalf of someone with a tight budget.

Not a MiFi device.

The thing is, we need to know if you're alright with second-hand items, as you get far more value for money this way and the quality of the device remains mostly the same to new minus a few scratches.

This way, if you have a budget of R800-1000, a Huawei B525 would do, while for R300-500 a B316 would suffice, both being double to triple the price new.
From experience, I wouldn't deal with anything else if you're not looking for dongles or MiFi devices, otherwise if you can, finding a TP-Link MR200 for a very good price would allow you set some fine details on band switching and locking for rain, the Huawei's allow that too with third party utilities but it's just something to keep in mind budget-wise.

By viewing those estimates it would need to be secondhand. I'll check for the B316
I doubt that level of fine tuning would be needed right now. It's not a tech-crazy household.
