Cheapest Netbook

I'm looking for the cheapest notebook available. I will only need it for browsing and creating documents.
I have taken a look at the Vodacom Webbook and it suits my needs perfectly, but I feel that it is a bit overpriced. If anyone does own one, what are the pro's and con's. And any other brand names will be appreciated. Maximum budget is R1500z. Thanks
 
screen size does not matter. Something similar to the Vodafone Webbook. OS also doesn't matter, aslong as its under R1500
 
Do you want to purchase a new netbook or would you consider pre-owned? Would you consider a smaller screen (possibly 7")?

I'm going somewhere with this...I, think. Lol!

we have not get your demand details. how about your brand, quality, and accessories. you know, high accessories means high budget. How much USD is R1500Z equal to?
