Cheapest PREPAID LOCAL ONLY from?

Hi All

Now that we know where to get the cheapest International (GO AFRIHOST!) where is the cheapest to get IS LOCAL on prepaid so it can be carried over and used over several months?

I know SAIX LOCAL on prepaid is a winner with Axxess.

Can any of you give your thoughts and tips?

Axxess SAIX local is not the cheapest at R10 per Gig (prepaid, ie carry over, would be R12 per Gb). I think I have seen R8 offered by Flu.

I can't seem to find any IS LOCAL on prepaid.......

Yep - need some local to supplement my AFRIHOST

EDIT: Social Flu is not prepaid, but month-2-month which is not what I want..... will keep searching other ISP's
