what is the cheapest option in getting a line, ISP and VOIP option for making cellphone calls within SA?
 
Get a Vox Home phone!
ADSL Line - R200 per month (Includes your ISP & Email requirements)
Vox Home Phone - R 49 per month
Vox Home Phone registration - R300 (Includes ADSL Wireless Modem & Dect Phone handset).
No Contract - Month to Month on the services above.
ALL Cell calls less 20%.

The above line are you sure the adsl rental and isp=200 RAND

Are you using it? Can anybody actually hear you talking on the other side? Do you even know what you're paying per call?
