Cheapest SAIX isp?

I want to know which is the cheapest adsl isp for a cap around 3-5 gb and shaped.
Here's what i already know:

Webafrica : 3gb - R199, 5gb - R342 (hard cap)
Telscum isp : 3gb - R249 (soft cap)
GTS : 5gb - R228 (soft cap) (starting 1 sep)
imaginet : 3gb - R220, 5gb - R340 (hard cap)
axxess : 3gb - R199, 5gb - R349 (hard cap)
cybersmart : 3gb - R100 (hard cap)
sainet : 3gb - R179 (R7.90 per 100mb after cap)
Adept : 3gb - R205 (hard cap)
Nexus : 3gb - R209 (hard cap)
saol : 3gb - R228, 5gb - R299 (hard cap)
globesky : 3gb - R199, 5gb - R339 (hard cap)
hyperlink : 3gb - R219, 5gb - R349 (hard cap)
Anyone know of any other SAIX isp's?

I think Blobnow has a site, where you can do comparisons, unfortunately I cant remember the address
 
SAOL 3gig is R228, 5gig is R299(1concurrent)
10gig is R499 (2concurrent)

GTS is R228 for 5gig , but also note that their service is a softcap.
(after cap they give 56K reletive speed for another 25gig/ 20gig on 10gig cap)
*on both local and international*

So if you don't mind downloading at 56K speed at ruffly 4kb per second or 5kb per second..*international and local* This works nicely.
(even at 56K doing a average of 4kb per second will amount to a big amount for international cap)

4kb * 60 * 60 * 24hours = 345mb per day (3.4gig per 10days)

(its not uncapped, and yeah. it won't be lightnin' fast. but if you want international cap this will give ruffly 15gigs a month for a mere R228) *most ppl just want the amount of data at the end of the month.. not the speed it comes at*
(Unless your a gamer)

and yeah. it beats getting your international cut off totally at 3gigs.
