Cheapest SIP call to SA mobile

Someone mentioned the cheapest SIP call to SA mobile....
i cannot find it though...
the cheapest i can find using http://progx.ch/home-voip-prixbetamax-3-3-2.html
is RYNGA at 5.7 US$ cents.

i remember something cheaper...
anyone?

i see RYNGA is also offering FREE calls to landlines....but there is a FUP (fair use policy)
anyone tried them?
How much do they charge after how many FREE min?

at the moment im using voipraider at 1 US$ cent per min for landlines and im happy with the quality and i know exactly what im paying...
