Cheapest Static-IP Solution

I'm looking for the cheapest static-IP solution, including router. Any suggestions?

I've checked out WebAfrica and Axxess, but curious if there are any other packages I'm not aware of.

If you have a VPS or something, it's probably cheaper just to buy an additional IP for the box and route traffic to yourself.

Most ISPs will offer some static IP solution, I know Afrihost/Axxess allow you to manage this yourself but only certain routers work with it which is a bit of pain.

Depending on what you need the static IP for wouldn't a DNS service (like DynDNS, no-ip) do the trick?

It costs about R50 per Ip if you want 1 for a server. Im not sure though if you are refrring to server hosting or your ADSL connection.
