Check Free minutes

Wow, do you actually phone other people on their Neotel phones? No other reason to bother about balance.

Most of my friends have Neotel phones too, so I use this as a way of cutting down my phone bill. Probably saves me a few hundred rands per month.

So I get 120 minutes to on my NeoConnect. Where can I check how many I have left/used?

Try calling the call centre, but as that's as great a heap of FAIL as I've ever encountered in my life I'd say you're out of luck. Considering Neotel can't even provide a bandwidth usage monitor, I doubt they'd be able to help you.

Well I have so many free minutes on my cellphone I personally never have the need to use my Neotel phone.

Only reason I went Neotel was the per second billing for when my wife and the nanny make their calls - that saves me hundreds each month.

Surely if they say you have 120 free minutes they MUST give you a way of monitoring it?

Do they not give you a way of monitoring your bandwith on packages like the 15G??? How on earth would you know when you've reached your cap?

That would be common sense ????

Rigggghhhhhtttttt .....

Lol this thread has ripped me. ShadowSA, you changed your opinion about neotel yet?

I must admit that would have been one of the first things I would have had in place if it was my company.

So far the downloading is going well.
