Check router data bundle ??

Have an Huawei E5330 for use when travelling.
It has an MTN sim with data only loaded via my FNB app on my phone.

Is there yet an easier way to check balances without having to take out the sim, use an old phone, ring x141#

try get the huawei mobile app - there should be one for android. will allow you to "dial" the code to check balance from your current mobile.

Thanks. Got that sorted. I need to check balance every so often so it doesnt stop in the middle of a task. Want to stop having to put sim in a phone to check balance.

May I ask some assistance please.

We took an MTN sim only data package as we had a router. My wife has a vodacom phone contract, can she use the MTN app on her vodacom phone to check the data balance etc of the router MTN contract? If it is possible, how? Do you just create a profile connected to the router number?

If anybody has the same question one day, the mymtn app works on a vodacom phone, you just need the sim tel(router) number to log in and you can check the balances of the router.

There's probably a way on the MTN website. That's how I check my Vodacom and Telkom data balances.

Log into the router and look for USSD, dial *136# and click send.

It will tell you.

If you dial that number it only gives you the balance from the phone number you are using...........
