I can't believe that companies like MTN have such a crap billing system.
Mistakes are made every month on my account. For example I'm being charged for calls when I still have free minutes.
I'm really sorry, this amounts to a material breach of contract. If they are not able to provide the service that i agreed to then, I should technically be allowed to terminate the contract.
Why should I spend time trying to sort these problems out constantly. I should bill them for my time the way they bill for theirs.
I still think that the cost of cell phone calls is way too high. (Cost of doing business generally in this country is too high.) An on top of charging me a small fortune every month, they still have the cheek to try and rip me off, and then further make it very difficult for me to query, and then if they decide to do me a favour and fix it, the debit order still goes through, and all I can do is hope for credit at the end.
So please just check your bills! It was my understanding that the free minutes are used first (unless you phone international or premuim numbers) so how is it possible to have call charges and free minutes.
I ask you!
