Check your debit orders

Just checked my bank statement and found Sentech has debited my account with R699,99. This is despite a guarentee that they will cancell my account at the end of Sept. and no futher debit orders will be raised. The helpline is consistently engaged or if you manage to get onto the system, calls are not answered.

Well done Sentech - another massive error due to your own incompetence

Ps. please respond if your debit order also went through, group protest is always better
 
The possibility of this happening is one of the reasons why I waited before cancelling with Sentech. I just hope that the expected avalache of complaints forces Sentech to to jack up their billing system so I don't get debited once my cancellation goes through at the end of the month.

Mine went through. I went to the bank, lodged a dispute, and the bank reversed the money within 5 minutes.

Carlos from Sentech called later, claiming misunderstandings with the people who'd called me, but said he'd try to sort it out on their side.

All I would have responded with was "So? I don't care" and then repeatedly said "I don't care" over him until he hung up. I doesn't matter anymore, you're not a customer of theirs any more (thank god) and any more mistakes they make you just reverse yourself.

I cannot believe these people are so insane. They are TRYING to be as bad as possible now.

They will not jack up their billing system because they DON'T CARE.
