I have been searching through the forums but can't find anything about how to check your cap usage with Neotel.

I have a 10GB caped Flex account so am not worried about going over but am interested in checking our cap usage.
How do you do this as there seems to be no account login pages for neotel?

Incorrect Cap Usage?

This is very worrying. I am paying for 10 GB of cap.
I want to be charged for the amount I actually use not some incorrect amount.
Especially if that then means that using up to 9.5GB
could possibly be seen as more by Neotel,
then charging me out of bundle data when I have
not actually gone over my cap!:mad:

If Neotel does capture your internet usage incorrect
is that not a crime, like a breach of contract by them if
so why has nothing been done!!??

Telkom and Vodacom my not be great companies but
they at least charge you for the correct amount of data
you use! I really don't want to have to think that Neotel
could be worse than Telkom.

I think the same market research which led Neotel into using a USB vs Ethernet device in the first place also denoted that clients wouldn't want to check silly things like their bandwidth usage.

:D :D :D
