One quick question regarding the amount displayed on the usage page.

It seems like it's a combined total of upload and download.

Is that correct, or am I missing the obvious?

That's correct...your cap is the total upload + download

Jus got off the phone with Sentech : 'month 2 month customers who don't want to migrate to the new packages would have to cancel, those on contract would be on for the full term and then cancelled at the end of the term.'

This makes sense to me

I was told I would have to cancel. What if I don't? As a matter of principle I won't because they're cancelling me.

I have had a confirmation from head of cutomer service that I will be cancelled as of 1 Oct 2006. I had a two year contract, once completed I moved to a month to month package.

Stick to the Contract Sentech

This from Sentech when another matter was queried:

The Terms and Conditions in your contract clearly states:

"This agreement shall commence on the date of activation of the services and
shall continue for the initial period and thereafter indefinitely until
terminated by either party giving 1 [one] month prior written notice to the
other of termination of this agreement, provided that the customer may not
give any such notice during the initial period. Sentech reserves the right
to cancel any agreement for whatsoever reason at any time on one [1] months
written notice to the Customer."

So there it is Sentech. I want you to cancel in writing or you are in breach of YOUR contract.
