Checking my connection

Hi guys, I'd like to find out more information about the signal I'm getting. The connection hovers between 85 & 99% all the time (msot of the time at 99%) but I don't think this is a true reflection of the speed. I've had no luck with either iConnect or utTrace, I'm using a USB modem. Can anyone suggest a solution (I've tried manually setting my ip etc to no avail) or other software which will give me a truer reflection of my signal strength?

What is that about NewsFlash?

There is another program you can use to check Load and possibly signal strength too. It is called PVC Talk, but I haven't been able to find it yet, other people around her use it.

but you could also look around the UTts stickied thread on these forums, I believe there were a few people with your problem, Seburn might have made some sort of fix.
