Hi

So i have had to go with Openweb capped account, because the uncapped became just absolutely useless during the day. And not for downloading, gaming or anything luxurious like that, no just any site would not open, the wife could not work, check mails, do anything so i am being forced to do this, because paying for a service in this country means nothing, but anyways, i have been doen this road for months now and i might as well be hitting my head against a wall.

So i now have the capped account, which so far seems ok, but let's not get too excited yet.

Is there a way to check the usage online? I have tried their website, and logging in with any username gives me the finger. I have asked support and they said it will get mailed to me... when, how often? When i am over my cap?

Any help please.

I'm not even sure if they know how to check the bandwidth used on their accounts. I have an uncapped account... and the other day it just stopped working. I called them and told them if you change another users password please just make sure all the people thats using that account also knows it... and the response was just quietness for a while... and ... and... then the Administrator will check the account with a "Routine" Check that will take up to 15 minutes, 3 minutes later I got my Message ... "Welcome to Openweb you new details are...."

Never mind

I found a link: http://users.isdsl.net/

Use your Openweb username and password and you can see your usage plus time connected, open sessions etc. So for those that wanted to know.

I used this before but it seemed on my Uncapped account that it was not reliable.

What I did notice however my Account Type is listed as: Consumer Connect - 4096 and my Invoice says: 10Mbps Titan Uncapped. Seems like someone's lying.
