Checking Prepaid Balance remotely

Hi there

Does anyone know how to check your prepaid balances on Vodacom, MTN, CellC and 8ta without having the actual phone in your possession?

I have test equipment in the field and don't want to have to go to each device to check the balance every day?

Currently I work around this by using 4u contract sims. But I would also rather want to use a prepaid solution.

vodacom i check all our stuff using my vodacom (the new vodacom4me) interface

but if its "test equipment" you can poll the info using serial commands i think.

with Vodacom you can check the balance online if the number is registered on the Vodacom website

Unfortunately the equipment is using MTN, Vodacom and CellC sims, so even if I can use Vodacom4me on the Vodacom sim I need to go and look at the other two.
I am able to initiate voice calls, SMS's and data tests with the test equipment, but I can't find a way to issue a ussd command and capture the output.

I will have to investigate moving them over to contract sims at some stage, but for a POC I have to use Prepaid.

is there maybe a symbian app that can run a ussd command and SMS the result to a number?
