checking usage...

I've been with sentech since April and have never been able to check my usage. I just get the usual account status page when I follow the link given on their website.

the link on their homepage never worked for me... but the link above used to work fine for the last 8 months or so...

since i always try to get my money's worth of bandwidth every month, it would be usefull to know how much i have left for the month...

noswal: that's the same link i'm already using (and which stopped working)

update: maybe it has something to do with the fact that my 2 year contract expired last month and that they now think i'm no longer a customer...
hmm, so far they haven't cut me off, i'll have to chack my bank account to see if the debit order went through for august...

Am having the same problem...unable to log in to check my usage when using the home page, or the links described in the other posts.Frustrating! Reported the error last friday, with no response to date.

i found that it only starts working in the middle of the month (page with log on) think the rest of the time they switch it of coz no one cares
and it has nothing too do with the 2 year contract ( have been out of contract for last 6 months and pages works for me )

That address is only for NoWire customers. If you're a Sentech cutomer, there is no working site, as there hasn't been for the past 8 months. Requesting Sentech to fix the site, as I have done, has no results. One consultant told me to download "DU Meter", a 3rd party app to measure bandwidth, etc. Nice service once again Sentech.

PS: If anybody can get Sentech to respond on my customer call # 40670, you can get a cookie.

NoWire and Sentech customer can use the link. The difference is that Sentech customers can only check usage on the page and not their billing etc. I have been using it for a while now and it almost always works.
