I live in Kilner Park, Pretoria, and have been using Iburst for the last 6 months. However, over the last 2 months my service deteriorated with poor signal quality and slow download speeds. It got so bad that I decided to complain, as I fellt it unfair that I was now having to donsidder buying a directional antenna.
So I complained bitterly and threatened to terminate my subscription. Well, I don't know what the guys at Iburst did, but my service is now what I want and what I need, with ful signal strenth and my kbps is well above 600. I can only say cheers to Iburst, and it just goes to show that good attitude plays such an important part in customer retention. Well done guys.
