Cheese Deli Cape Town

Hi all , does anybody know of a Deli or store that actually has a legitimate Cheese counter with a good selection ,where one can choose your cheese and then they will slice it according to how much you want ?
Tired of plastic wrapped cheese in amounts i dont want.
