Wow...I did not expect that to happen so soon. 
Don't be a brightspark, they have a long history, they are an old club.
Hopefully they will find some1 more permanent, Scolari never really cut it as a club manager, Martin O'Neill is the right man!!!

As I said, no history to speak of.
100 years and all they have to show for it was one league title and 3 FA cups before they whored themselves off to the Russian. Impressive.

Sooooooo... history counts for nowt if your team is "unsuccessful". Well then. If Aston Villa win the league, I'll be sure to tell them that they suck b@lls because they have no history. Or maybe you would like me to support Nottingham Forest - they have won as many Champions League titles as Man Utd. Or maybe I'll support Torino... you know, the team that holds so many Italian records its impossible to list them in one post.
That comment about any clubs history is like... well... like an American talking about Geography. Actually it's like an (average) American talking about anything. Chalk scraping, mind-numbing and ultimately... dull.
So, if you like gushing about how you joined the right "Prawn Sandwhich Brigade" to the right club at the right time - go ahead...
EDIT: By the way - it's that kind of attitude from the majority of people that justifies winning the Mourinho way. It might not be nice, but then what did Chelsea ever get from the "Wenger Beautiful Arsenal" way of playing in the 60's and not winning anything? Nothing. If they had been less flash and more substance, they maybe wouldn't have been so popular back in that day, but we would have had... what do you call it? Oh yes... a history...

In the annals of footballing history Chelsea are not going to feature, like it or not.
How you choose which team to support is your problem but lets not pretend Chelsea have a history worth talking about when they don't.
Ignorance and bigotry, color me surprised...
Flash and substance are not mutually exclusive, as proved by many teams over the years.
Seeing as you took Chelsea's lack of history as a personal affront, perhaps you'll answer this: how did you feel when Abramovich was bidding for the club? Upset? Relieved? Happy?
How do you feel when your supporters boo the team off at half time despite being 3rd in the league and still in the Champions League? Would you hold up the "Scolari out" banner at a game with your fellow supporters?

Chelsea being sold didn't do much for me either way - though on the balance of it it was the right move for the club. We were heavily in debt and would have imploded had he not come about... much the same way Leeds did a few seasons later.
As far as booing etc is concerned, my views on that are... divided. While I think that managers should be given time and enough chances to prove what they can do. Even though I was hardly for Avram Grant, he still kept the ship rolling and given one more season he would have shown whether he was the one who actually did the work as opposed to the rumours and tales that Terry controlled the team. I was surprised that he was given the sack tbh.
That said, I am glad that Scolari was ousted. The first and foremost reason is because Abramovich did it himself. Which hopefully means Kenyon will get the sack. HOPEFULLY. The second reason is because he was just out of his depth. Without being disrespectful in anyway to his past achievements, he was completely the wrong man for the job and that only showed once Steve Clarke left the club. He wasn't up to the rigours of day-to-day football management.
Consider... When with Brazil/Portugal he only had to watch players and pick them for his team. Training was basically a day or two before matches or at most a two month stint before large tournaments. the day-to-day nature of running a football club was wearing him down and it showed. With Portugal he was always shouting and screaming instructions - he was lively. In the last three months he's looked like a dead Avram Grant (and considering Grant was known as the undertaker - thats saying something). It would have been nothing but downhill from now on in. Not to mention the fact that Chelsea were simply being out-thought on the pitch. As much as I have grief with certain players (most notably Malouda and Drogba, though there are others who could do with a sound thrashing, Vinnie Jones style) the simple fact of the matter is that they looked clueless on the pitch and that comes from not being given decent enough instructions on what to do. Defending was poor, stamina was low - these things point to a serious problem in management.
I think his sacking was the best thing to happen to Scolari himself as well... he was really not looking good and imho would have gotten a heart attack before the end of the season had this not happened. Still... its a stupid thing all round. And Kenyon was at the centre of it.
