Cherry QQ3 is SA's cheapest car

Does anybody here have any view's on this little car? One of my staff members want to buy one and I would like to know if anyone here is driving one here and what's it like.?

Chery QQ3

This is indead the cheapest car in sa currently out the box. I have recently baught one for myself as a run - around for work.

Fuel consumption is next to nothing filled the tank a short while ago so far have done 520+ ks on 3/4 of a tank. Dont expect a lot of power or a zippy car but for a conservative driver this is a charm. The finishes are brilliant. I got the second from entry level which is the tx you might want to look at the 1.1 if you require a bit more power.

My TX has gone up to 120 k's on the highway and I am sure it has more to the engine if you give it a chance.

For some one who wants a brand new car with high economy this is a bargin but for a younger person looking for a zippy car I would not advise this.

Personally Id rather buy a second hand car... Or wait for the Tata Nano (joke)

I know it is a new car on the market and that is my concern.

I hear some good things and wonder how will the car be in 5 years if you loan money to buy it.?

Will you lose money? I think so.

any other thoughts?

Secondhand car prices are now extreamly low. The ppl are batteling to sell then (Some have not relised this yet).
For a "New" car it's not a bad price, but let her go sit in the car and feel what it's like, take a test drive.
Might not be her cuppa tea.

I would not buy it! CAR Magazine tested it and gave it a very bad review. Bottom line it was rubbish. Terrible handling and instability problems.

All the cars from China have serious issues and if you youtube them the shocking footage of cars not crumbling but desolving will scare you to death.

Rather save more for a better car if the budget allows.

Like the old saying goes, You get what your pay for.

Tell your co-worker to consider the chevy spark instead. it's a much better buy for numerous reasons, the most important of all being the safety factor.

Myself? I'd go large, work hard, save up, and get a Daihatsu charade. (Luckily I drive a RunX)

I hate these cheap little unsafe "environmentally friendly" cars... they are causing more harm if you ask me...

Really now, Chevy Spark is a rebadged Daewoo, which is as bad as any Korean piece of junk

The Snyder ST600-C is a weird Chinese 3-Wheeler | Featuring WatchJRGo - Elliot Alvis

The 2011 Snyder ST600-C is a Chinese 3-Wheeler that is weird in every way. Technically classified as a motorcycle, it is one of the most unsafe feeling "cars" I've ever driven.

It's a 4-door, rear wheel drive vehicle with a 4-speed manual transmission, 35 horsepower, and virtually no creature comforts.

Originally it retailed for almost $8,000, but WatchJRGo was able to pick it up 9 years later for just $1,800.

Come along as we take a tour of it and then get it out on the road!

I BOUGHT A 3 Wheeled Car You've NEVER Seen *SNYDER ST600-C* - WatchJRGo

I bought an Easter egg for Easter, the Snyder ST600-C. This 3 wheeled motorcycle pretending to be a car popped up for sale and I had to pick it up.

I'd never seen a Snyder before and had been looking for a Zap so this was a good compromise, not only that, it was $1,800 running and driving.

Let's take a tour of this wildly quirky motorcycle car then drive it around.

3 Wheeled Car? Everything That's WRONG With My Snyder ST600-C MOTORCYCLE Car - WatchJRGo

I bought a Snyder ST600-C, a 3 wheeled motorcycle car for $1,800. It was made in China and requires a motorcycle license to drive this low speed vehicle in the US.

n the first video it broke when I was heading out to drive it more so today we're fixing it and taking a look at other issues I won't be able to fix.

SLOWEST Car EVER? DONUTS And 1/4 Mile Times In The SYNDER ST600-C - WatchJRGo

Now that my Snyder ST600-C is fixed, it's time to have some fun! I'm going to take this very dangerous 3 wheeled cyclecar out, do donuts, then get 1/4 mile and 0-60 times with it.

Luckily it didn't flip over doing donuts, it was pretty close when the tires hooked up on the pavement under the dirt!
