Hi Guys

I have been reading several complaints on HelloPeter on the Chev range.
I am interested in buying a Chev Sonic and I am looking for some feedback.

Is there much difference between 1.4 and 1.6 in terms of power please

the interior of Sonic is very nice and i think its much better than VW polo and Ford Fiesta. But as for the looks , the front is nice. Unfortunately i was the passenger but overtaking is not that bad. Easy to reach 150km/h without noticing.

It's a bit nasty all round.

It's built on the same Gamma II platform as the Corsa and the 1.4 engine is also the same, only difference is that its a Korean car. Excellent value for money and it looks a lot better than some of the more conservative and boring options out there, especially those that still have aircon as optional and no service plan.
