Chev UTE Gearbox

Anyone out there that has a 1.4 Club Chev UTE? My 3rd gear selection is horrible, in actual fact I have to wiggle it to get 3rd gear. Dealership says its normal and that all they can do is adjust the linkages. I don't buy it. So if anyone has the same problem, or has had a similar problem, please let me know.

I literally signed an OTP for one today ... I hope to god I don't have that issue

Have them check the transmission oil or change it. Had this issue before, that fixed it for me.

Our company UTE does that with second gear...

Picked up my new 1.4 ute yesterday. No gear issues. Though the steering wheel does make an annoying ting! Sound when the indicator auto return kicks in

When my Bantam did this many years ago it needed a new gearbox. Those Mazda gearboxes were not the best...
