It's actually funny that everyone here assumes Taiwan wants to be independent, yet no one has mentioned the fact that Taiwan itself is divided between the Pan-Blue (pro Chinese) and Pan-Green (pro-independence) political coalitions.

You asked me why I didn't provide the division stats. I assumed, since you raised the question, that there was a significance to those stats and you knew what they were.

If you do not know, we can settle on there being two coalitions with two different approaches to independence.

I have no idea of the difference. You said there was one and it was significant. Can you back up your claim?
