You yourself are inconsistent. You support the self proclaimed independence of Donbas and Luhansk yet oppose the self proclaimed independence of Taiwan. The only consistency you display is opposition to the USA.

Prosecutors need to prove the facts presented. The judge will decide if they are plausible. The traffic cop saying you were speeding needs to prove you were. You need to defend the allegations. Neither are liars. . You cannot be a criminal without being convicted of a crime.

the accused is a liar if they know the objective truth is the opposite of what they are claiming
they're liar with or without any court, prosecutor, judge involved at all

do you need a court and a judge to tell you when the sky is blue, or can you check for yourself?
if the sky is blue and you say it is not, do you need a court to call you a liar?

no, obviously, your own actions make you a liar

you're conflating the justice system with objective fact, either purposely so or through ineptitude, doesn't matter actually as you are still wrong
