China - Taiwan Developments

I noticed that during our earlier discussion, you were able to engage in a reasonable and coherent manner. However, I'm now finding it difficult to understand the posts you've made , as they seem incoherent. Can you help me understand why there's been this shift in the clarity of your communication?

After work visit to the Russian Club in Cape Town. Wodka and Russian dancing:

feel free to point out any inaccuracies in objectively true facts I stated like:
- Russia sent a letter to NATO and USA in 2021 making their position on Ukraine crystal clear
- they got snubbed

that's not "RT", it is facts, you'll even find it buried deep in the sitemap of CNN no doubt

if one knows even only those two simple facts, which are irrefutable facts, you'd have to be in some serious denial to imagine two months later when a war started it was entirely "unprovoked"
Putin has been quoted claiming that a coup took place in Ukraine, but this assertion is inaccurate. The removal of former Ukrainian President Yanukovych from power was the result of a popular uprising rather than a planned coup d'etat. The Ukrainian parliament, which voted to remove Yanukovych, was democratically elected, and the decision to remove him from power was made through legal and constitutional means. Therefore, the notion of a coup in Ukraine is unfounded.

Not to mention that they have had elections since then then in 2019 where leadership changed democratically.

If the CCP really had China's best interests in mind they negotiate a power sharing deal with the Taiwan government in order to reunify the country, but this would mean the CCP giving up some power and opening up the country to democratic elections down the line. That's never happening with Xi in charge

I distinctly remember the one country two systems talking point when talking Hong Kong with Chinese engineer and a couple of years later its one country one system. Where is Hong Kong now?

The problem is that both of their constitutions don't allow amnesty for traitors and both countries see each other's politicians as traitors.

Becoming a politician in Taiwan is risky business and politics is something parents actively discourage their children from getting into (even simple political debating). Once you are classified as a traitor by the CCP, or Taiwan, you are severely limited in travel options because if your plane needs to make an emergency landing or gets diverted to a country friendly to China you are more than likely going to be sent to China and face execution. CCP politicians face the same fate if they get sent to Taiwan.

Another option would be to reunify and allow Taiwan to be a SAR like Hong Kong and Macau. But again, the Taiwanese politicians would probably need to go into exile, so not ideal.

I've been security vetted three times because the apartment I rent in Taiwan is also home to one of their ministers. Security Bureua Officers have knocked on my door late at night and spent hours questioning me on my travel history, who I know in China, what was my visit to China for, etc. And my first trip to China resulted in loads of questioning and near deportation because my first stamp from Taiwan said Republic of China on it

it's not just Putin, US professors who are experts on the topic have said the same thing, as has countless others ... but you seem to again prefer only what is "in the news"

trained snipers on rooftops executing people in the peaceful crowd to foment outright violence is a sign of a planned coup

Victoria Nuland discussing who will be Ukraine's new president before the old one even made any mention of stepping down is a sign of a planned coup

insane McCain on stage in Maidan square telling the crowd the US is with them, is a sign of a planned coup

Azov millitants locking anti-Maidan Ukrainians in a building in Odessa and burning 20+ of them alive, is a sign of a planned coup

you do know how colour revolutions work right? they are all planned coups

one puppet replacing the previous puppet does not make a democracy

if you buy a stolen car from a thief it remains a stolen car, even if you yourself may not be the thief
