Ive installed a dsl line recently at home and subscribed to mweb uncapped. My line keeps on dropping at random intervals and telkom cant find the problem.
Since my iBurst contract ended in October, I though of renewing it. To my shock i have to pay R398 for the same service i had for R239.
How can Iburst think to keep their current customers if this happens?
It seems i have to fight with telkom until they get my line fixed which at the moment seems it will take years to fix.
