Does anyone have any idea where to find this stuff? I can get it from Amazon very easily but that gets crazy expensive. Surely there must be a local source?

Wellness stock the inositol/choline (as bitartrate) blend, I don't recall seeing the choline standalone but they might have it. Not sure what you need it for, but if part of a nootropic stack check out CDP-choline...a bit more pricey but again - depends what you want it for .

No...for that kind of thing you'll only get capped products here in SA unless you find something on BidorBuy. There's loads of intl. online shops like Swanson.com who could ship it over without it costing too much, although it's worth just getting a courier service to avoid the inevitable & uncertain wait that comes with free shipping.
