Hello Haters

Anyone else also getting this phenomena, last two days now.
In the evening the top of my line is chomped off. Usually i peak and stay peaked at 41kb on a 384k line if opening multiple websites, now in the evening its peaking at an erratic 34kb when opening multiple webpages - with out a comparable increase in p2p speed, so its not contention issues for u pedantic monkeys, but the hungry hippo chomping off the top of my line off?
