Choosing a WISP for competitive gaming

Hi friends

I am moving to Stellenbosch this month and due to my apartment ruling I am not able to get ADSL, I have never had to deal with wireless before, so I have no clue what I should avoid and what works. The internet will be used for playing games (mainly CS:GO), so a low latency and stability is really more important than amazing speeds. Any advice on what I should consider ?

Note : The area is not covered by Telkom's uncapped wireless.

you can try sonic wireless too, they have fibre to their highsites instead of another wireless link linking them, that would give you some better performance in CS.


ask to get ubiquiti equipment installed at your place if you can.

On the WISH wireless atm getting between 250-400 ping in Counterstrike on their 4mb. So this is a absolute flop.
