Choosing New Fibre ISP

Hi.
I'm currently with AXXESS 50/50 fibre line.
The last 2 months i have huge latency issues with online gaming. When i use my Vodacom LTE latency is fine.

Any suggestions on Fibre ISP that is great for Online gaming.

I'm with Mind The Speed 20/20 and so far I can't complain but I don't use them for gaming.

Anyone will say join this or that provider but all of them have their issues. Best is to do your own research and read some threads here on mybb and make up your own mind.

From what I've seen on mybb is that Cool Ideas and Websquad is quite good for gaming and they have quite a good presence here along with Afrihost.

I think Monday there was a biggest internet "hog" article.
In my opinion read which ISP that user had.

Vox gaming routing is not the best (referring to biggest hog article) and good luck getting them to change a route for you, i am 9/10 times the lowest ping in the group of friends, it's one thing i am beyond happy with CISP i have asked @PBCool a few times to see if he could help out with changing some gaming traffic routing and so far majority of the changes were done, where they were not done were because it would have affected other traffic/games negatively

How did you get CSIP to change gaming route for you? I never had any issues with VOX including getting them to do port forwarding for me.

Just spoke to the guys on the forums they see what they can do and where possible they make changes if possible. I use to get 180-190 ping Frankfurt AWS server i spoke them and now my ping is 155

With VOX on Vumatel and my ping is quite good in Durban. I normally have around 137ms to 160ms on apex, I never had to use ping at all. I will contact Vox and ask them to make adjustments lol but then again if it ain't broke, do not fix it. So i might just leave things as is lest i regret it later on.
