has anyone tried this ? I have been gyming for quite a few months and getting bored of the same routines.

Yes,
Honestly try it for ’da rulks’ workouts. They are great, different and can be done anywhere and paired with the app it’s fantastic. I kept the app for 3 months then got bored with it.
But I do add his exercises to me normal gym routine now. It’s really killer during a superset

was it effective ? I am fit but I want to get ripped. I gym 5 days a week, normal weight training followed by a 10 min sprint for cardio, thats it.

Yeh dude, its very tiring. I started out with the intermediate da rulk workouts then got onto advanced. Do it for 3 months then you can start implementing it into your current gym routine.

Remember for weight loss, especially "getting ripped", its considered 70%diet, 20% training and lastly 10% genetics. Do what keeps you healthy, dont stress too much about body image everything will follow.

I used to be a really skinny guy and then I devoured several bags of ON-serious mass to increase my weight. Now that I have gained some muscle I want to shed the excess body fat. I am not chubby but just not happy with my current BMI.

You'd need to work on that diet, a lot. But you seem to know what you are doing regarding bulking etc so you should see results.
