Christmas Gift - Music Theme

Ok, I posted in the Off Topic, but this actually be better :

I'd like to give someone a gift with a music theme - so I was thinking a Swaroski music note / piano / violin at first, but I realized they do not make any of those :/

Anyone know of an ornament or something of a music note or something? Not a standard clay material - but obviously gold or platinum is going to be too expensive Silver? Wood?
