Chrome Flash keeps crashing

It's getting really annoying now, chrome constantly freezes and then I get the message that Flash has crashed it's happening all the time now. I'm thinking of just downloading Opera now and turn my back on chrome

Windows Security Essential is my AV
If I disable flash wouldn't that mean I can't view youtube vids and other flash based media?

You should have another flash path, if you use Firefox, Opera etc., listed in Chrome plugins.

Here's mine as an example:
C:\Users\me\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\21.0.1180.89\gcswf32.dll (disable this one)
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32_11_4_402_278.dll

I also got a plugin called pepperflash

It happens allot with me too and happened about 20 secs ago now, very annoying.

disable all chrome flash plugins and leave only external flash plugin enabled...
