Hi @PBCool

We have a FTTH package with Webafrica at the office and with their recent switch to CGNAT, port forwarding to our VPN is obviously broken and despite WA Support's efforts to assign a public IP, dealing with their support has become impossible.

We have decided to migrate the FTTH and data to CISP. WA requires a calendar month cancellation. Can you advise how to proceed with getting a data account with CISP immediately while keeping in mind that the line will be transferred at the end of July?

If it's OpenServe, you can request that [email protected] create you the PPPoE account immediately, or you can signup for an OpenServe data-only account in the meantime.

If it's another FNO, then unfortunately you will have to wait for the line to be released and handed over to us.

Thanks @TheRoDent , yes it is OpenServe

If we were to open a data-only account in the meantime, can it easily be changed to a data+line package when Webafrica releases the B-number?
