Could anyone please explain the Annual Return procedure for a company on CIPC?

As far as I see, you go through the wizard, enter revenue or return and continue.

Is that all? You pay the fee required and your AR is complete?
Does the company need to submit documents or proof as well?

Can this be personally done, or is an Accountant needed?

Thanks.

As you said. That's it. Put in the numbers, pay the fee. No documents. They do verify identity with a few questions.
I think you can use Credit cards now.
Get the updated ''in business" certificate.
You can also in a similar fashion get a BEEE certificate - for small businesses at least.
