Seeing as this is the business section, y'all are probably aware that the CIPC is the body that registers all businesses in South Africa.
Which is why getting this sort of 'advice' from them by e-mail is odd:
This e-mail raises so many questions.
Do you know what you do if your "automated" e-mail system can't handle more than one attachment at a time? You change e-mail systems.
Ditto for if it is limited to the types of format it needs for attachments, or even if it can't assign multiple e-mails originating from the same e-mail address to the same thread.
We're living in a world where cloud-computing and 4K resolution is the norm, and you are trying to encourage me to print out the documents I want to send you and re-scan them as a 150DPI black and white PDF????
And yes, the pedant in me can't help noticing they actually wrote "PJEG" as an unacceptable file type, god help us all. In fact, it reminds me of the joke "I drive a BMW because I can't spell Ferrari", but it's not funny.
So comforting to know that it's THESE guys with their super-modern systems who've been tasked with registering all South African businesses, amirite?

Kindly email the application as a single attachment not as 2 separate attachments. Kind ensure that all attachments are either in PDF or TIFF. No other formats are accepted and these non-acceptable formats include Word, PJEG, Excel, Zipped files and other e-mails.
Also ensure that the entire application is submitted in a single e-mail. Our automated systems cannot merge multiple e-mails to form one application for processing. If size is a concern, kindly reduce the size by either:-
1. Scanning the documents in 150 DPI black and white PDF; or
2. Scanning in TIFF.
