Cisco 678 router setup with Telkom

I made a cable so now I can access the management port. I can get to a cbos# prompt and have tried a few settings but so far I am reasonably sure the problem is on my end that I don't have it configured correctly. I can't reach the internet. I do have a solid link light on the router though.

Does anyone have a list of commands for a Telkom setup that would get me up and running?
