Cisco / Network Volunteer on weekends

Hi

Would like to gain some experience on weekends / off days

Anyone out there need an extra hand with building / maintaining their networks. Big or small doesn't matter.

I've completed a

CCNA 1 year ccna course - certified

CCNP 1 year course - certified

I've done some tech support and got some experience on wireless links.

Hate to sound negative but I don't see a company hiring noobs to build/work or even get near their equipment on weekends. It's a pity because I'm sure there are plenty of people out there looking for experience and simply a foot in the door.

Certified in Routing and switching, yes I know it's not easy for a company to allow "noobs" to build / work on their network, I wasn't really expecting to do configs straight away, Im willing to start a the bottom, cabling, physical installations, mounting of racks etc....

Thanks for the advice / input though.
