Cisco reveals BEE Plan

Just another empowerment of PC illiterates. Only the big bosses will change and 99.9999% of the time the top brass don't know **** about the skills or technical abilities needed for the "grass roots jobs" - tech's still the same.
Cisco is even importing skills to satisfy their needs, although they are denying it...

Unfortunatly some are being invited by companies to take up a stake in companies. Just the the companies ploy to get prominent people on their board.

I'm sure there would have been people lining up the street to buy the shares, but Cisco probably chose Lereko.:(
 
Dress it up any way you like..BEE is racist (at least it is, given the way government implements it by forcing compliance). Its also been shown over and over that its always the same rich few that benefit..never the poorer class. The only good thing is the education and training part.

You don't honestly believe that white companies would willingly empower black people after they've been "Trained" for so long to perceive them as inferior beings, do you?:confused: Some form of enforcement is needed.

These BEE announcements are always once sided by focusing on BEE side in terms of gains. You will hardly here Anglo saying

"we have concluded a BEE deal to the value of 4 billion rands, which in turn, has a reciprocal value add of 100 billion in next ** years"

You're probably right..but that's racist too and two wrongs don't make a right. Not that I know know what the solution is!! except maybe a little more patients from government and a lot, lot, lot more education.
